Each station sees only what it cooks.
The tawa does not need the biryani queue. Each station gets its own screen and printer, with its own tickets in the order they came in.
Café, Dine-In and Chain plans
- 01
Late tickets get loud
Fresh, warning, late, critical. The colour changes as a ticket waits, and the overdue alarm repeats every 30 seconds until someone acts.
- 02
Allergies can’t be missed
“No peanuts” shows in red at the top of the line. Rush orders go first, and a wrong tap on Ready can be undone for 5 minutes.
- 03
The screen never goes blank
If the connection drops, the last board stays up with a warning. Tickets also print at the station, with a backup printer if one fails.
All 10 features, in plain words.
Each card says which plans include it. Everything here is built and working today.
Kitchen display
A screen on the wall for each station. It shows only what that station cooks.
-
New, Cooking, Ready
Three clear columns, or a grid of tickets. Filter the board by kitchen station.
Café and up -
Four urgency levels
Tickets go from fresh to warning to late to critical, with a countdown ring. Each screen sets its own times.
Café and up -
Sounds a cook can hear
Four different alerts. The overdue alarm repeats every 30 seconds until someone deals with it.
Café and up -
Allergy notes in red
“No peanuts” is shown in red and listed first, so it is never missed.
Café and up -
Undo a wrong tap
Marked something Ready by mistake? Undo it for up to 5 minutes.
Café and up -
Never goes blank
If the connection drops, the last board stays on screen and a banner says so.
Café and up -
No login for cooks
The screen is registered once and stays set up. Nobody types a password with wet hands.
Café and up
Printing
Kitchen tickets to the right station. Receipts at the counter.
-
Wi-Fi, Ethernet or Bluetooth
Use ordinary thermal printers. No proprietary box.
All plans -
A printer per station
The tawa ticket prints at the tawa. If that printer is down, a fallback printer takes it.
All plans -
Reprints need a reason
A second copy of a bill is marked as a reprint, so it cannot pass as a new sale.
