Ravi sends seat 2’s order from table T4.
Pick an app to see what it does. They all work on the same order, so nothing is typed twice.
Pick the one that sounds like you. See the fix on the real screen, then book a demo that starts there.

Six moments every owner knows. ThreeStone fixes each one today, not someday.
Your busy lunch Scroll the timeline. Stop on the moment that hurts.
Show me this on a demoTable 6’s order is still on a chit in the waiter’s pocket.
With ThreeStone The order reaches the kitchen screen the moment the waiter taps Send.
A dosa goes cold at the pass. Nobody knew it was ready.
With ThreeStone The waiter’s tablet says when food is waiting, and when the kitchen hasn’t started a ticket.
Vada ran out an hour ago. Two waiters are still selling it.
With ThreeStone Mark it sold out once. It disappears from every tablet and the guest menu.
Four strangers at table 4 want four bills. Out comes the calculator.
With ThreeStone Each seat is its own bill, with GST worked out per item.
The drawer is short. Nobody can say why.
With ThreeStone Shifts track every rupee in and out. The difference is worked out, not guessed.
You learn yesterday’s sales from a notebook.
With ThreeStone Sales, best sellers and the GST report update as each bill is paid.
For thousands of years, cooks have set a pot on three stones. Three points never wobble, on any ground.
ThreeStone works the same way. Your floor, your kitchen and your counter share one live order, so your restaurant stays steady on the busiest day of the week.
Waiters and guests
Orders are taken at the table, seat by seat.
Cooks at each station
Each station sees only what it cooks, in order.
The cashier
Bills are worked out for you and never quietly changed.
You, from any browser
All three stations feed one live picture.
Every screen works on the same live order. Scroll, and watch it move.
01 Waiter app
The waiter taps the table, picks the seat and takes the order, with every size, add-on and “no onion”.
02 Guest QR
Each seat has a QR sticker. The menu opens in the browser: no app, no login, and the order lands on the right bill.
03 Kitchen display
The dosa goes to the tawa, the curry to the curry line, each with its own screen and printer.
04 Billing counter
Seat 2 pays and leaves while the others keep eating. GST is worked out per item, and bill numbers never skip.
05 Owner console
Sales by the hour, best sellers and a GST report for your accountant, updated as each bill is paid.
The menu knows which station cooks what. Build an order, send it, and watch it split. Then break it: take the tawa printer down, or add a dish nobody has set up yet.
We guess each station from the dish name, here only. Your menu setup sets the real one. Nothing you type is sent anywhere.
Pick two or three dishes from different corners of the kitchen.

Cut the internet and keep taking orders. The tablet saves them and sends them when the connection returns. We also show you what still waits.
Nothing waiting on this tablet.
No tickets yet.
Ready to make bills.
Today, billing waits for the internet. A version that bills through a full outage is built, not released yet.
Orders are never lost to a dropped connection, and a repeat tap is refused, not doubled.
Most systems bill the table. ThreeStone bills the seat. Take seat 4 and order, then let anyone pay and leave while the others keep eating.
Illustrative prices. In ThreeStone the server works out every figure on the bill; the tablet only names the dishes.
Each seat has its own QR code. Guests order for their seat, watch the food move and ask for the bill when they are ready. They pay at the counter.
Nothing for this seat yet.
Sample menu, prices and timings. Dine-In and Chain plans.
Count the drawer, see what is short, and watch the day lock with the difference on record. Nothing gets rounded away.
You cannot close a day with work still open. ThreeStone lists what is left.
Nothing open. The drawer can be counted.
Day end is blocked until table 6 is settled.
A blind count. The cashier cannot see what the drawer should hold. Change the notes to try it.

The difference is written down, not hidden. Nobody can edit the record afterwards. The owner can read it from anywhere.
Demo figures. The ₹100 approval limit here is an example. On a real account your manager sets it.
Add dishes and watch the tax split by rate, not hidden in one total. Waive the service charge and the bill says so.

Counts are a starting point. Your floor plan decides the exact number of tablets. There is no fee per device.

Billing for takeaway
Takeaway counters and small cafés with no floor plan.
Written, per outlet, within one working day. Not-included items are listed too.
Tables and a kitchen screen
Cafés with tables that are not shared between parties.
Written, per outlet, within one working day. Not-included items are listed too.
Seat-level billing
Thali joints, dosa shops and Udupi restaurants where tables are shared.

Every plan is quoted per outlet. Pricing is being finalised with our first restaurants, so we send a written quote after one short call, including what is not in the plan.
Change the three inputs to match your day. The formula is printed under the result, so you can check it yourself.
An estimate, not a promise. The assumptions are yours to change, and the formula is printed at the bottom.
That is staff time only. It does not count fewer wrong orders, faster table turns or a drawer that reconciles — those are worth more, and we cannot honestly put a number on them for your restaurant.
Check these numbers against your own menu and tables. Twenty minutes on a call, with your dishes and your tables.
Book a call on these numbersFormula: (bills per day × minutes saved ÷ 60) × 30 × hourly cost. Rounded to whole rupees.
Partly, and we will not pretend otherwise. The waiter app keeps taking orders: they queue on the tablet and replay when the connection returns, and duplicate submissions are refused. The billing counter needs the connection to make bills. A version that keeps billing running through a full outage is built, but not released yet. So: orders survive an outage, and billing waits for the internet.
Tax is set per item — 5% on food, 18% on packaged water, and so on — with HSN codes on the bill and a GST report you can hand to your accountant. Bills are numbered without gaps, and a bill is never edited: a mistake is voided and reissued with a link between the two.
You can record how a bill was paid — cash with change, card, UPI with a reference, or several payments against one bill — and reconcile the drawer at close. We do not capture the money itself; there is no payment gateway yet, so you keep using your existing card or UPI machine.
Yes. The menu supports CSV import and export, and menu templates you can copy between outlets. Categories, variants, add-ons, combos, tax category and HSN come across. Images and unusual pricing rules may need a pass by hand.
Staff sign in with a 4-digit PIN — no email, no password to reset. A waiter works from the floor plan, so the first screen is the room they already know. In practice a waiter or cashier takes live orders after one shift, and the owner needs a couple of hours for menu and settings.
Android tablets for the waiter and the kitchen, an Android tablet or a Windows PC for the billing counter, a thermal printer (Wi-Fi, Ethernet or Bluetooth Classic) and an ordinary Wi-Fi network. No proprietary terminal and no dongle. There is no iOS app.
Most owners message us with the same three questions. Here is how that chat goes. Tap a link to see the proof.
Our tablets die when the Wi-Fi drops. Does it still take orders?
Yes. The tablet saves each order and sends it when the net is back. Try it yourself, in the section above. Pull the plug →
And my waiters? They are not techy.
Each person learns one screen. Pick a role and see theirs in three steps. See the screens →
Can you show it on my own menu?
Yes. Twenty minutes on a call with your dishes and tables. You get a written quote, with what is not included.
