When another product is the better buy.
If one of these is central to your restaurant today, buy the product that already has it. Coming back to us later is better than a rollout that fails.
- Most of your orders come from Swiggy or Zomato. Those orders do not flow into ThreeStone yet.
- You want card or UPI payments taken inside the app. We record them; your existing machine takes the money.
- You need loyalty points, a customer database or table reservations. None of these are built.
- Your staff use iPads or iPhones. Our apps run on Android and Windows.
- You want a vendor with years of customers behind it. We are new, and we say so.
Ask the other vendor the same eight. Mark what they say.
Ask each question on the other vendor’s call and tick their answer. The tally updates as you go. Copy the card and bring it to ours; we fill in our side next to it.
- 1
Can two unrelated parties at one table get separate bills?
Our answer: Yes. Each seat can order and pay on its own, on the Dine-In and Chain plans.
- 2
Is GST set per dish or per bill?
Our answer: Per dish, with HSN codes, and a GST report your accountant can use.
- 3
What happens to a bill that is already printed?
Our answer: It is never edited. It is cancelled with a reason and a new one is issued, and both stay on record.
- 4
Where does each kitchen ticket print?
Our answer: At the station that cooks the dish, on that station’s own printer, with a backup printer if it fails.
- 5
What still works when the internet is down?
Our answer: Waiters keep taking orders; they send when the signal is back. Making the bill needs the connection today.
- 6
What is the full cost, with hardware?
Our answer: A quote per outlet. You use your own tablets and printers, and there is no fee per device.
- 7
Who picks up the phone at 9 p.m. on a Saturday?
Our answer: A named person with a phone number, not a ticket queue. Ask us to prove it during your first month.
- 8
What does your product not do yet?
Our answer: Aggregator sync, taking card or UPI payments, loyalty, payroll, reservations and iPhone apps. We say so before you sign.
Our answers come from our own product, checked in October 2026. The other columns describe what vendors in each category publish about themselves; we have not tested their software. We do not use other companies’ logos or screenshots. The other vendor’s answers are yours to mark: we do not score them for you.
